A 10-session course designed to introduce the new practitioner to the elemental aspects of practicing mindful awareness formally and informally with the goal of establishing a daily routine incorporating nonjudgment and attentional focus throughout the day. A commitment to practice daily, beginning with 5 minutes, is required.
